Revolut runs two Rev-celerator programmes with the UK among their hubs: a 12-month graduate programme and a ten-week paid internship, both spanning engineering, data science, product, operations and information security tracks, plus a STEM Champions fast-track for winners of recognised competitions.

How Revolut recruits
Applications run rolling inside a set window, and Revolut warns explicitly that roles can close early once filled, so applying at the start of the window matters more here than at most employers.
In the last fully documented cycle the window ran June to December with hiring concentrated between October and January. Graduate eligibility is having graduated within a year of applying; internship eligibility is the penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's.

Worth knowing
- Interns must already be based in, and hold the right to work in, the location of the role, unless Revolut is relocating them, in which case it assists with visa and right-to-work documentation.
- Both programmes are paid from day one and run hybrid, with office presence depending on role and team.
