Palantir's UK early-careers hiring is all London: Forward Deployed Software Engineer and Software Engineer tracks, each as new grad and internship, with separate Commercial and UK Government variants of the forward deployed roles. It also runs Launch, a one-week spring insight programme in London with travel, accommodation and meals covered.

How Palantir recruits
Unlike most tech employers here, Palantir opens its new grad and internship roles together from a fixed date each year rather than rolling per posting. The application asks for a CV plus written answers, followed by one or two phone interviews and a final round personalised to your skillset.
New grad roles ask for graduation in 2027 or earlier; internships ask for graduation in 2028 and must be your final internship, running twelve weeks with four start dates between May and September.

Worth knowing
- The UK Government track requires security clearance or the ability to obtain it; the Commercial track and general software roles do not list that requirement.
- Preferred degree fields for the forward deployed track: Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science.
- Launch eligibility is enrolment at an accredited UK university, on course to graduate in 2027, in Computer Science or a related technical field.
