Hyperexponential (hx) builds an AI platform for commercial P&C insurance underwriting decisions and does not run a UK graduate scheme. Its own careers page invites applicants to "explore roles across engineering, product, data, and go-to-market teams" rather than describing any dedicated early-careers programme, and the one graduate-level role we saw on its Ashby-hosted board, a Systems Associate position, has since closed.
