How DV Trading recruits

DV Trading's own pages do not describe a multi-stage selection process for candidates. Each role is applied for separately through the firm's Greenhouse application form, and vacancies aimed at different graduating classes, such as 2026 and 2027, are posted and left open at the same time rather than run through one fixed annual cycle.

  • The live Junior Trader (DV Equities) posting for London requires the ability to 'read, write and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and English', a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline, and 'a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a trading role'.
  • The Software Engineer Intern (DV Commodities) posting for London is open to those 'currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field' and 'expected to graduate between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028'. DV Trading's separate New York posting for the same intern title states pay of '$50.00 per hour'; the actual London posting our tracker follows does not state a pay rate in its own text.
