The live Technology Graduate Analyst role is a standalone two-year rotational scheme for graduates joining in 2026 or 2027: the posting states graduates "rotate across different teams, gaining hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technical environments" before the "opportunity to join one of the teams on a permanent basis" at the end. Capula publishes a separate, detailed process for its trading-track Summer Internship and CAP instead: "Submit an application via our website" leading to a video interview with the Talent team, then "additional interviews with our Chief of Staff, a technical round with our quantitative strategists, and a final round with our trading teams." Capula does not publish an equivalent staged process specifically for the Technology Graduate Programme.
Capula does not state a fixed application deadline for the Technology Graduate Analyst role. Its own board shows the listing posted on 18 June 2026, and our pipeline first confirmed it live on 22 August 2026, consistent with a long-running rather than short-window posting. Its separate 2027 Trading and Research Summer Internship is described on Capula's own site as having applications "now open".
