Marshall Wace runs an 18 to 24 month rotational Technology Early Talent Programme for graduates and early-career engineers in London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore, with rotations across teams including software engineering, infrastructure engineering, cyber security and data engineering. The live London role is titled Software/Infrastructure Graduate, for a 2027 start. Alongside it Marshall Wace runs an eight week Technology Internship Programme for penultimate year students in the same four cities; the live London posting runs fixed dates of 28th June to 3rd September 2027, with interns working in pairs on a project under a senior engineer.
Marshall Wace recruits per role and location: the application asks candidates to confirm "this application is my preference for role and location" and states it will "only progress one application per person" and ask that candidates "don't submit multiple applications." The firm describes its hiring approach as "thorough and challenging, but human," commits to giving feedback "within one working week of your interview or test," and requires the final stage to be completed in person: "we require to meet all candidates in person at the end of their process. We will not complete the final stage virtually." It interviews on a rolling basis and aims to "respond to everyone within 10 days of their application or previous round." Interns who do well "may have the opportunity to return full time as a member of our Technology Graduate Programme when they complete their studies."
The live London graduate posting states a start date of "September 6th 2027." We first confirmed this role live in our pipeline on 20 August 2026.
