How Airbus recruits
Applications are handled through Airbus's own Workday system, and roles are posted individually rather than as one annual programme. That means openings appear through the autumn instead of on a single date.
We first confirmed an Airbus intake on 20 August 2026. Their placement and graduate openings have historically appeared from early September onwards.
Worth knowing
- Most Airbus roles ask for the right to work in the UK, and some defence work requires security clearance you cannot hold before starting.
- Not every Airbus engineering opening is a technology role. We list the ones that are.
