WTW, the insurance broker and advisory firm formerly called Willis Towers Watson, runs six early careers strands in the UK and Ireland: graduate programmes, internships, university placements, apprenticeships, and two insight programmes called Step Up with WTW and Level Up with WTW. Their placements page says they "partner with select universities to offer placements in areas such as Insurance Consultancy and Technology, Investment, and Retirement Actuarial, providing essential industry experience, the opportunity to deliver real work and to pave the way for applying for our Graduate Programs", so a placement is an explicit route into the graduate scheme rather than a separate track.
WTW's 2027 graduate and internship vacancies were posted between 1 and 11 September 2026, and each posting states its own closing date, which is unusual: most employers on this site publish none. The Retirement Actuarial programmes close on 30 September 2026, and the Corporate Risk and Broking graduate data analyst role on 9 October 2026, so the actuarial deadline comes first. Both insight programmes ran in the summer of 2026, Level Up virtually on 23 and 24 June and Step Up in the Ipswich office on 8 and 9 July, and both pages now say "Check back in early 2027 for more updates".
