WTW, the insurance broker and advisory firm formerly called Willis Towers Watson, runs six early careers strands in the UK and Ireland: graduate programmes, internships, university placements, apprenticeships, and two insight programmes called Step Up with WTW and Level Up with WTW. The roles we track are mostly Retirement Actuarial, which they run across seven UK cities, alongside Corporate Risk and Broking in London and Ipswich.
WTW has no early careers roles open at the moment. This page updates the day they publish one.
Applications go through WTW's own careers site, and each programme posts its own dated vacancy rather than sharing one deadline. Their placements page says they "partner with select universities to offer placements in areas such as Insurance Consultancy and Technology, Investment, and Retirement Actuarial, providing essential industry experience, the opportunity to deliver real work and to pave the way for applying for our Graduate Programs", so a placement is an explicit route into the graduate scheme rather than a separate track.
WTW's 2027 graduate and internship vacancies were posted between 1 and 11 September 2026 and carry a stated closing date of 10 December 2026, which is unusual: most employers on this site publish no closing date at all. Both insight programmes ran in the summer of 2026, Level Up virtually on 23 and 24 June and Step Up in the Ipswich office on 8 and 9 July, and both pages now say "Check back in early 2027 for more updates".
