Rothschild & Co's own graduate page describes applying online through its "search opportunities" function for a specific role, then a first-round interview, then an Assessment Centre. Its Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme page states it recruits on a rolling basis rather than to a single closing date: "As we recruit on a rolling basis, we accept applications and conduct interviews continuously once applications are open."

For the 2027 UK Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme, Rothschild & Co's own page states an application start date of 19 August 2026 and a June 2027 start date, with rolling applications and interviews rather than one fixed deadline.

The Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme is a 10-week programme in London for students "in their second or penultimate year of university", on track for "a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent".
On visa sponsorship, Rothschild & Co's FAQ says: "The option of visa sponsorship can be evaluated during the selection process, however, it may not be possible for all opportunities", and that any offer is "subject to approval from immigration prior to your start date".
