Rothschild & Co runs a Global Graduate Training Programme that takes on around 200 graduates a year worldwide, starting them as Analysts, alongside Summer Analyst internship programmes run separately by division and office, including Global Advisory, Wealth Management, Arrowpoint Advisory and Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring, in UK locations including London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. It also runs shorter Spring Insight and Women's Horizon insight-week programmes and apprenticeships.

Its Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme page states it recruits on a rolling basis rather than to a single closing date: "As we recruit on a rolling basis, we accept applications and conduct interviews continuously once applications are open."
For the 2027 UK Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme, Rothschild & Co's own page states an application start date of 19 August 2026 and a June 2027 start date, with rolling applications and interviews rather than one fixed deadline.

- The Global Financing Solutions & Restructuring Summer Analyst Programme is a 10-week programme in London for students "in their second or penultimate year of university", on track for "a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent".
- On visa sponsorship, Rothschild & Co's FAQ says: "The option of visa sponsorship can be evaluated during the selection process, however, it may not be possible for all opportunities", and that any offer is "subject to approval from immigration prior to your start date".
