Stripe are running this same intake in London. Each one is a separate advert with its own application form, so applying in Dublin does not put you forward for the others.

About Stripe

Stripe hires UK students and graduates into its London office through what it calls its "emerging talent" programme, which "encompasses internship, apprenticeship, and early career roles". In London that means two software engineering roles, Software Engineer, Intern and Software Engineer, New Grad, both listed under Stripe's "University" team.

Stripe does not publish a process specific to early careers. Its careers FAQ says "Most processes include a recruiter screen, a technical or skills-based assessment, and a series of interviews with the team you'd be joining", and that "Timelines vary by role, level, and location". For full-time roles Stripe says "we hire on a rolling basis", so there is no fixed sift date to work back from, and neither London advert carries a closing date. Each role has its own application form on stripe.com, so the internship and the new grad role are separate applications, and Stripe recommends "applying to all Stripe roles as early as possible". Nothing on Stripe's own pages sets a reapplication bar or a cap on how many roles you can apply to.

Stripe publishes no opening or closing dates for these roles. The only date in either advert is an eligibility one: the new grad role wants a degree "obtained by summer 2027", which fixes the intake year. We confirmed both London roles live on stripe.com on 6 September 2026. Because Stripe hires "on a rolling basis" and tells you to apply "as early as possible", the practical deadline is the day the advert comes down, not a date you can plan around. An archived November 2025 version of Stripe's university page put its interview window as starting "typically August" in the year before the internship and running into the following February.

  • Neither London advert carries a closing date, and Stripe publishes none on its emerging talent page. For full-time roles Stripe says "we hire on a rolling basis".
  • Published pay, which is unusual for a UK early careers advert. The new grad role states "The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £60,000 - £90,000". The internship states "The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £49,200 - £49,200", an annualised figure with the same top and bottom.
  • The new grad role wants a degree "obtained by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience" and adds that "New grad candidates should have no more than 18 months of professional experience (excluding internship experience)". So it is open to people who have already graduated recently, not only to finalists.
