Apply on Accenture’s sitePublic data and the employer’s own words, not immigration advice. Whether a role can be sponsored also turns on its salary, the Skilled Worker thresholds in force, and your own status.
Accenture runs UK graduate programmes across Strategy and Consulting, Technology and Operations, with the Technology route split into Software Engineering, Technology Analyst and Program and Project Analyst pathways. Penultimate-year students get internships and industrial placements, and there are two-to-four-year apprenticeships alongside.
Every applicant goes through Accenture's own Discovery Portal assessment, software engineering applicants sit a coding assessment first, and Accenture says it sometimes closes applications earlier than advertised when volumes are high. Unsuccessful candidates wait six months before reapplying to any programme.
Accenture aims to respond within two to three weeks of an application, and directs candidates to each programme's own posted closing date rather than one shared deadline.
