How Informed Solutions recruits

Informed Solutions applies the same published candidate journey to graduate and experienced hires alike: an online application, a telephone introduction with the recruitment team, a first (virtual) interview with consultants involved in the role, and a final interview at their offices that includes a technical assessment or short presentation.

How the process usually runs

01Telephone IntroductionA short telephone call with our Recruitment team where we can discuss your career aspirations, personal values and motivations.
02First InterviewYou'll have a virtual meeting with consultants who are directly involved with the role. This conversation helps us to further assess your suitability, focusing on your technical skills, professional experience, and how well you align with our team culture and company values. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a relevant assessment.
03Final InterviewYou'll be invited to our offices, where you'll meet more of the team and experience our culture first-hand. This is a great opportunity to get a sense of our working environment and the people you could be collaborating with. As part of the final stage, you'll be asked to complete a technical assessment or prepare a short presentation, which will help guide the initial discussion during your interview.
04OutcomeIf we're a great fit for each other, we'll be excited to make you an offer to join our team.
