Control Risks is a global strategic intelligence and security firm. It does not run a general UK graduate scheme: our pipeline shows one live UK role aimed at graduates, titled "Graduate Consultant, Cyber Incident Response: One Year Fixed Term Contract," in London, hired as an individual open role rather than through a programme. Control Risks does run structured graduate programmes elsewhere: a 12-month rotation-based Africa Graduate Programme in Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal and Kenya, and a graduate programme for Saudi Arabia, but neither covers the UK.
Control Risks publishes its recruitment stages on its own careers site. It starts with "the submission of your application online," after which "your application will be screened," and if you pass that stage, "the next steps in the process will typically include an interview and an assessment." Before an offer, candidates are "asked to provide personal information across several dimensions of diversity," which the firm says is optional and kept confidential from the hiring decision maker.
