Worth knowing

  • Every programme page states the same visa position: 'we are currently unable to sponsor visas for our graduate programmes.'
  • Degree recency requirements differ by programme: Pricing, Data & Analytics asks for 'a degree already achieved in the past two years (or will achieve in the next year) in a STEM subject', while Commercial & Digital, Human Resources and Insurance Claims each ask for a degree 'achieved in the last three years'.
  • The Finance programme requires office attendance in Bexhill or London at least eight days a month; the other programme pages instead say 'you'll only need to come into the office once a week and can work from home the rest of the time'.
