BCG's UK early careers pages describe two consulting routes, both in London: a graduate Associate role for finalists and recent graduates, and a summer internship for penultimate year students. Alongside those it advertises BCG X and BCG Platinion digital and technology internships, which it lists as a separate track from core consulting, and a Medical Elective Internship in London for medical students. The dates and process below are the ones BCG publishes for the consulting routes; technology roles are advertised individually and BCG says application windows vary by role.
Fixed deadline, not rolling, and BCG says so in plain terms for its UK consulting roles: "All decisions are made after the deadline, so you are not at a disadvantage if you apply later in the application window." That is unusual and worth taking at face value. There is no reward for rushing, but there is also no sign of an extension, so the closing date is the date. You apply by creating a candidate profile on BCG's portal, listing your top two office preferences and uploading your CV. You may apply to more than one office, but BCG recommends "no more than 3 or 4 offices" and asks that "your top 2 office preferences listed in your profile align with your job application(s) and are consistent across the applications". One practical warning from BCG's own instructions: "Please use your personal email address that you will have regular access to in the future", because "You cannot change your email once chosen and will have to create a new profile if you lose access to your previous email". BCG publishes no reapplication bar on these pages. The consulting windows do not cover BCG X or other technology internships: BCG says "Application windows may vary depending on your role and the location of your school or university", and points students to school-specific deadlines by university.
BCG publishes both UK consulting windows on its own page. For the graduate Associate role: "Applications will open on 9 September 2026 and close on 18 October 2026". For the London summer internship: "Applications will open on 1 January 2027 and close on 24 January 2027." So the graduate window opens in the first days of autumn term and runs about six weeks, and the internship window opens on New Year's Day and runs just over three weeks. The pattern held last cycle, when the same page gave 10 September 2025 to 23 October 2025 for the graduate role and 1 January 2026 to 22 January 2026 for the internship. BCG also runs autumn events: "BCG hosts a wide range of events in September and October, both virtual and in person, on campus and in our offices."
