American Express runs its UK early careers hiring out of London, Brighton and Burgess Hill, with the technology and cyber roles concentrated at Burgess Hill rather than the City. The 2027 intake covers software engineering, information security, product management and finance, as full time graduate programmes, summer internships and a technology apprenticeship.
