Menzies is a UK accountancy and business advisory firm with offices across the south, the midlands and the north west. Their trainee hiring is unusual in two ways that matter to an applicant: they publish the salary on the advert, which almost nobody in the profession does, and they say plainly that trainee roles cannot be sponsored.
Four stages on their own process page: the application, online testing, an online interview over Microsoft Teams, then a final stage. They also state where AI is and is not allowed: fine for polishing a CV, not during a live interview or assessment.
There is no deadline to miss. Their FAQ says: "There are no specific deadlines and trainee recruitment is an on-going process." All 30 roles we track carry no closing date, which matches.
