MBDA is a European missile systems company, and its UK early careers hiring runs out of Stevenage, Bristol and Bolton. The work is engineering first: software, systems, electronics, radio frequency, computer vision and electro-optics, alongside a smaller finance intake. The graduate programme runs two years as four six-month placements, three in a specialist area and one outside it.
