How Solirius Reply recruits

Recruitment for graduate roles is rolling, not tied to a single fixed intake: SoliriusReply's own careers page states 'Recruitment for our graduate roles is on a rolling basis.'Candidates apply directly to individual role adverts rather than one combined graduatescheme application, and the two roles we track, Graduate Technology Consultant and GraduateTechnology Consultant - Testing, are each separate live Workable postings. Nothing on theirpages says roles close early or that places are capped.

There is no fixed opening date: recruitment is rolling. As of 29 August 2026 both graduatepostings are live, having been posted on Workable on 26 August 2026 (Graduate TechnologyConsultant) and 24 August 2026 (Graduate Technology Consultant - Testing). Separately, theplacement programme is described as 'commencing each August and extending over a full year.'

Worth knowing

  • Both current graduate postings show a fixed salary of GBP 32,000-32,000 on their Workable listings.
  • 'Candidates should be open to working in different locations, depending on client needs. While most of our work is based in London, flexibility to travel is expected.'
  • Graduate Technology Consultant asks for a 'Scientific or technical degree, equivalent experience, or ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology if your degree is not technical.'
  • Graduate Technology Consultant - Testing accepts a 'Strong degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.'
  • Neither graduate posting mentions visa sponsorship or security clearance. By contrast, several other live Solirius Reply vacancies are explicitly advertised as needing clearance, for example 'AWS DevOps Engineer (Security Cleared)' and 'Senior Data Engineer - Security Cleared', so clearance requirements appear to vary by team rather than apply to graduates as a rule.
  • The placement programme offers 'potential to be offered a graduate role with Solirius once you have completed your degree.'
