Renishaw runs a UK Early Careers programme from Gloucestershire and its Miskin site in South Wales, covering apprenticeships, a graduate scheme with rotational placements across engineering, digital and commercial areas, industrial placements for university students, and shorter summer placements of six to twelve weeks. As of our check it has no live roles listed and is between cycles.

How Renishaw recruits
Renishaw describes one process across its Early Careers routes: complete an application form (no cover letter required), complete a values-based online assessment, have a non-interview telephone call with its recruitment partner GRB, then attend an assessment centre or interview, which it says is virtual for graduate and placement candidates and in person for apprentices.
Renishaw's own Early Careers page states that applications for the following year's intake open late in the year: "Applications for our 2027 Early Careers programme will open later this year." Its Graduates page gives the same information slightly differently worded: "Applications for our 2027 Early Careers programme will open towards the end of this year." Our pipeline recorded Renishaw as archived with zero live roles as of 29 August 2026, consistent with the 2026 cycle having already closed and the 2027 cycle not yet open.
