Pear VC is a pre-seed and seed venture capital firm based in Menlo Park and San Francisco. It does not run a graduate scheme of its own; instead its "Talent Services" team recruits directly for its portfolio companies, and the one live London role we track, a Software Engineering Intern, is actually for Wexler, a Pear-backed legal AI startup working out of a WeWork in Aldwych, posted on Pear's shared Ashby job board.
There is no published multi-stage recruiting process. Wexler's own posting is a single listing on Pear VC's shared Ashby board with no separate stages described; candidates apply directly through that one posting. Pear VC's own site explains why portfolio roles sit on its board: its Talent Services team says it exists because "when you hire the right team, you create an early and unfair advantage over your competition," and it recruits directly for founders rather than just pointing them at a template process.
