Ocado Group runs five named graduate schemes, Software Engineering, Commercial Solutions, User Experience, Engineering and Finance, all starting in September, with the software scheme built as four six-month placements. Internships run at ten weeks, six months or a year across software and hardware engineering, and apprenticeships are based at the Hatfield HQ.

How Ocado Technology recruits
The graduate process is five published stages: an online application with CV and motivational questions, a video interview of six values-based questions, an online assessment, an assessment day with group tasks, interview and presentation, and a decision within about a week.
Graduate applications open in the winter for the September start, and Ocado invites early-access registration ahead of the opening.
