How NatWest Group recruits

NatWest Group's own Early Talent pages describe a Graduate and Internship process of: submit an application (it says it can only accept a candidate's first programme choice), a Work Scenarios Assessment, a timed Reasoning Skills Assessment, a recorded video interview, then a full day Virtual Assessment Centre, before a decision on an offer. It processes applications in the order received with limited places, telling candidates not to delay, and gives 10 days from application submission to complete the assessment stage.

NatWest Group's own current pages do not state a fixed opening date for this cycle's Insight Experiences. We first confirmed this Tech Insight Experience for Women, Engineering listing live on 23 August 2026. An archived capture of its general Insight Experience for Women page from June 2025 described that cycle's event as leading toward its 2026 summer internship intake.

How the process usually runs

Stages as NatWest Group describes them. Timings vary by programme, so treat this as a guide rather than a commitment.
