mthree runs an Alumni Graduate Programme that trains graduates and then places them with client employers in banking, insurance, healthcare and other sectors, rather than hiring them directly into its own permanent roles. UK roles seen include a Junior Infrastructure Engineer in Chester and a Junior Software Developer role covering London, Bournemouth, Glasgow and other UK locations, alongside sites in Montreal, New York, Budapest, Warsaw, Dublin, Hong Kong, Thane and Singapore.

How mthree recruits

mthree's own page describes a five-step pathway: "Apply: Submit your application through this advert," "Assessment: Complete our straightforward selection process," then training at mthree Academy, then a client placement, then conversion to a permanent role with that client. For the Junior Software Developer route this includes an online assessment, phone and video interviews with mthree's talent team, and then interviews with client partners once training is complete.

mthree does not publish a fixed application window; its programme literature describes rolling apply-then-train-then-place stages rather than dated intakes. Our pipeline first confirmed these UK roles live on 22 August 2026.

How the process usually runs

Stages as mthree describes them. Timings vary by programme, so treat this as a guide rather than a commitment.

01Apply"Submit your application through this advert."
02Assessment"Complete our straightforward selection process."
03Training"Attend mthree Academy's online training at your own pace, over the duration of 12 weeks, focusing on Java or other client-required languages."
04Placement"Join a global organization for 24 months."
05Permanent Role"Most graduates transition into permanent positions with their client post-programme."

Worth knowing

  • The Junior Software Developer posting requires "The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship."
  • It also requires "A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (2:1 or higher)."
  • Training is "12 weeks" at mthree Academy before a client placement of "24 months," after which "Most graduates transition into permanent positions with their client post-programme."
