For the Business Graduate Programme, Alexander Dennis's own recruitment timeline page describes a fixed-deadline, four-stage process: roles go live on Workable, LinkedIn and Indeed on a set date; candidates apply by a stated deadline; a video interview stage follows; then a virtual (Zoom) interview; then an in-person assessment day at Larbert head office including a site tour, a leadership-team interview, a group exercise and an Insights Discovery profile review; a final decision is then communicated by a stated date. Separately, technical graduate-eligible roles like the Reliability Data Analyst posting are recruited individually via the standard online application and CV, with no separate published stage structure.

Alexander Dennis's own page for the most recently published cycle states the 2025 Business Graduate Programme roles went live on "27th January 2025" with applications due "by 12pm on 11th February 2025," leading to a start date "in the last week of August 2025." No 2026 dates have yet been published on that page. The current Reliability Data Analyst posting (which our pipeline first saw on 20 August 2026) was posted on Alexander Dennis's own applicant system on 2026-08-11 with no application deadline stated.
